Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy ("Policy") outlines our unwavering commitment to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our social bible community mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Mobile Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
Age requirements
Our Mobile Application and Services are designed for users who are 13 years of age or older. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and related international laws governing the online privacy and safety of children.
- Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Minors (13-17): Users under 18 are considered minors and receive additional protections
- Under 13: We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or process information from children under 13
- Age Misrepresentation: Falsifying your age to access the Services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination
If we become aware that a user is under 13 years of age, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data in compliance with applicable laws.
Parental consent and oversight
We recognize the important role parents and guardians play in protecting minors online:
For Users Ages 13-17
- Parental Awareness: We strongly encourage minors to use the Services with parental knowledge and guidance
- Parental Controls: Parents may contact us to request information about their child's account or to request account closure
- Privacy Settings: Minor accounts have enhanced privacy settings enabled by default
- Restricted Features: Certain features may be limited for minor users to enhance safety
Parental Rights
Parents and legal guardians of minor users have the right to:
- Review personal information collected from their child
- Request deletion of their child's personal information
- Refuse further collection or use of their child's information
- Request account termination

Zero tolerance policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse, exploitation, and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. Any violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Preservation of all relevant evidence
- Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
- Potential civil and criminal legal action
Prohibited content and conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on our Mobile Application and Services:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photographs, videos, digital images, or computer-generated images of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Grooming: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation
- Solicitation: Requesting, offering, or facilitating sexual content or contact with minors
- Sexualization of minors: Content that sexualizes or depicts minors in a sexual manner, including age-regressed depictions of real minors
- Trafficking: Content that promotes, facilitates, or coordinates the trafficking of minors
- Sextortion: Threatening to share intimate images of minors or coercing minors to produce such content
- Inappropriate communication: Any communication that is sexual in nature directed at or involving minors
- Promotion of child exploitation: Content that encourages, normalizes, or glorifies the sexual exploitation of children
- Attempts to arrange in-person meetings: Adults attempting to arrange offline meetings with minor users
- Requests for personal information: Adults requesting personal contact information from minors (phone numbers, addresses, school names, etc.)
- Boundary violations: Adults engaging in private communications with minors outside of appropriate community context
Protections for minor users
We implement special protections for users under 18 years of age:
Enhanced Privacy Controls
- Minor accounts are private by default
- Location information is never shared for minor users
- Real names and personal information are hidden
- Minor users can only be contacted through moderated community channels
- Direct messaging may be restricted or disabled for minor accounts
Content Restrictions
- Minors cannot post certain types of photos (e.g., in swimwear, suggestive poses)
- AI systems flag potentially exploitative content involving apparent minors
- Automated removal of inappropriate content before it becomes visible
- Profile photos of minor users undergo enhanced review
Interaction Monitoring
- Enhanced monitoring of adult-minor interactions
- Automatic flagging of concerning communication patterns
- Restrictions on adults initiating contact with minors
- Community leaders and moderators receive training on minor protection
- Mandatory waiting periods and verification for adult users before accessing community features
Education and Awareness
- Safety tips displayed prominently for minor users
- In-app education about online safety and reporting
- Clear guidelines on appropriate behavior
- Resources for recognizing grooming and exploitation
- Regular safety reminders and updates
Age verification measures
We implement multiple layers of age verification to ensure users meet minimum age requirements and to identify minor users who require additional protections:
- Self-declaration of age during registration (required)
- AI-powered age estimation from profile photos
- Behavioral analysis and pattern detection
- Document verification when suspicious activity is detected or age is questioned
- Proactive monitoring of profile information and photos
- Third-party age verification services for flagged accounts
- Regular audits of user accounts to identify users under 13
- User reporting mechanism for suspected age misrepresentation

Reporting mechanisms
We provide multiple ways for users and the public to report concerns about child safety:

- Our dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews the report immediately
- Suspected accounts are immediately suspended pending investigation
- All relevant content and communications are preserved
- We conduct a thorough investigation, which may include reviewing account history, communications, and behavior patterns
- Findings are documented and appropriate action is taken
- Law enforcement and NCMEC are notified as required by law
Cooperation with law enforcement
We are committed to working closely with law enforcement agencies worldwide to combat child exploitation:
- We comply with all legal obligations to report suspected CSAM and child exploitation
- We file CyberTipline reports with NCMEC as required by U.S. law
- We respond promptly to valid legal requests from law enforcement
- We provide relevant evidence and information to support investigations and prosecutions
- We maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations
- We participate in industry initiatives to combat child exploitation
User responsibilities
All users share responsibility for maintaining a safe environment:
All Users
- Provide accurate age information during registration
- Do not misrepresent your age or identity
- Report any suspected users under age 13
- Report any content or behavior that may violate this Policy
- Cooperate with investigations if contacted by our Trust & Safety team
- Follow community guidelines for respectful interaction
Minor Users (13-17)
- Never share personal information (address, phone number, school name, etc.)
- Do not arrange to meet anyone from the app in person without parental permission and supervision
- Report any adult who makes you uncomfortable or asks inappropriate questions
- Tell a parent or trusted adult if something concerns you
- Use privacy settings to control who can see your information
- Never share photos in swimwear, underwear, or suggestive poses
Adult Users (18+)
- Maintain appropriate boundaries when interacting with minor users
- Keep all interactions public and community-focused
- Never request personal information from minors
- Never initiate private conversations with minors
- Report any concerning behavior involving minors immediately
- Understand that inappropriate interaction with minors will result in permanent ban and law enforcement reporting

- PhotoDNA and hash-matching technology: We use industry-standard tools to detect known CSAM
- AI and machine learning: Automated systems identify suspicious patterns and behavior
- Human moderators: Trained Trust & Safety specialists review flagged content

- Education: We provide resources to help users recognize and report concerning behavior
- Industry collaboration: We share information with other platforms and organizations fighting child exploitation

Policy enforcement
Violations of this Policy will result in swift and severe action:
- First violation: Immediate and permanent account termination, report to authorities
- No warnings: We do not issue warnings for violations of this Policy
- No appeals: Bans for child safety violations are permanent and not subject to appeal
- Device bans: Severe violations may result in device-level bans
- Legal action: We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal action against violators
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and notify users through appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Mobile Application and Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
