This Content Safety and Approval Policy ("Policy") establishes the standards for content moderation, safety guidelines, and approval processes on the "fundate" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Mobile Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

- Non-consensual intimate images or "revenge porn"
Violent or Graphic Content
- Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or death
- Content promoting or glorifying violence
- Threats of violence toward individuals or groups

- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
Hateful or Discriminatory Content
- Content that attacks, threatens, or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity

- Holocaust denial or genocide denial

- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances

Misleading or Fraudulent Content
- Scams or fraudulent schemes
- Catfishing or misrepresentation of identity
- Fake profiles or accounts
- Misleading health or medical information
- Financial scams or pyramid schemes
Spam and Commercial Content
- Unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
- Links to external websites for commercial purposes
- Repetitive or bulk messaging
- Automated or bot-generated content
Profile content requirements
User profiles must adhere to the following requirements:
Profile Photos
- Must clearly show your face
- Must be recent (within the last 2 years)
- Must be of yourself (no celebrities, models, or other people)
- Must be appropriate (no nudity, sexually suggestive, or offensive content)
- Must not contain contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, etc.)
- Must not include children (even if they are your own)
- Must not be heavily filtered or edited to misrepresent appearance
Profile Information
- Must be truthful and accurate
- Must not contain contact information or links to external sites
- Must not contain offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit language
- Must not promote commercial services or products
- Must comply with age requirements (18+ only)
Photo and video guidelines
All photos and videos shared on the platform must meet the following guidelines:
Acceptable Content
- Photos of yourself in appropriate settings
- Photos showing your hobbies, interests, or lifestyle
- Group photos where you are clearly identifiable
- Photos with pets or in nature
- Artistic or creative photos that comply with our standards
Unacceptable Content
- Nudity or partial nudity (including shirtless photos focusing on the groin area)
- Sexually suggestive poses or content
- Underwear or lingerie photos
- Photos in bathrooms or bedrooms that are suggestive in nature
- Photos of prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia, or excessive alcohol consumption
- Photos with weapons or firearms
- Photos from professional photoshoots that may be misleading
- Memes, text-only images, or screenshots

All communications on the platform must be respectful and appropriate:

Unacceptable Communication
- Sexually explicit messages or solicitations
- Harassment or unwanted messages after being asked to stop
